To make your rental experience easier, we have provided the application, sample lease, and disclosures here.
To apply, just download the application and disclosure to the right. You put your information in, write in the jumbled words underneath and submit. They are e-mailed to you . Fill out BOTH the application and disclosure.

Please note in the subject line your name and address of the property you are applying for. If you are applying for a home that won't be available for a few months, please indicate that you would like to apply now on the application. Many times we get multiple applications for the same property. You may apply up to 6 months in advance of a properties' availability. We forward the applications to the landlords within 7 days of receipt. You may be accepted as the next tenant as far as 3 months before the property becomes available. You will be required to submit your security deposit to secure your tenancy.
If you are willing to pay rent in excess of the listed monthly rent to increase your chances of being selected, please make note of that on the application. We do not solicit for higher rents, but it is common in Columbus homes for potential renters to offer higher rents or increased security deposits because of the lack of available rentals.
On your fax cover page, please indicate what property you are applying for, and the date you would like to move in.

Apply in person:
$35 application fee if paid via cash, or check dropped off at the office. Just take your check to:
1510 W Lane. Ave., Columbus, Oh 43221 between 9-5 M-F and ask Mollie at the front desk to give the application and check/money to tristam Griffith. The check needs to be made out to The Griffith Team LLC. Then have Molly call Tristam and notify her of the arrival.
Apply on-line with no trip to the office:
If you would like to do it without an office visit, you may fax the cover page, application, and diclosure to 614-474-1632. You can also scan it and send it to Tristam@GriffithTeam.com .
You then pay $40.00 with the PayPal button on the left indication the rental address and submit all.

Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, unless your credit is under 600, then it is 2 month's rent.
PETS:
Please check the listing to see if pets are allowed. Pets are $25 per pet, per month. You will need 2 written testemonials on the health and housebreaking of your pet(s.) These can to be former landlords and/or vet's.
Paid application fee with acceptance, and your security deposit, secure your future home for you.
We advertise on behalf of our clients to find good applicants. The individual property owners choose the tenant for each property based on their individual criteria. Once an owner has chosen his/her tenant, our role in the transaction is completed, and the property is managed by the owner. We are NOT a property management company.
